Fiesta Marketing Hub is an internal marketing scheduling and publishing tool used by authorized Fiesta Auto Insurance business administrators to prepare, review, schedule, and publish approved marketing content for business-managed social media accounts.
Information We Collect
When an authorized administrator connects a social media account, we may receive account identifiers, Page identifiers, Instagram professional account identifiers, access tokens, permission scopes, post metadata, publishing status, and basic profile information returned by the connected platform.
For quote or lead forms on public pages, we may collect information voluntarily submitted by the visitor, such as name, contact details, location, insurance interest, and message content.
How We Use Information
- To connect authorized business Pages and linked Instagram professional accounts.
- To schedule and publish approved business marketing content.
- To show publishing status, errors, and account routing to authorized administrators.
- To respond to quote requests or service inquiries submitted through Fiesta pages.
- To maintain security, audit logs, compliance records, and operational reliability.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed with service providers, connected social platforms, hosting providers, storage providers, and business systems used to operate Fiesta Marketing Hub and fulfill authorized publishing or lead-response workflows.
Social Platform Data
Connected Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or other platform data is used only for authorized business account management and publishing workflows. Platform access can be revoked by removing the app from the connected platform account or by contacting us.
Data Retention And Deletion
We retain operational records for business, compliance, security, and audit purposes. Authorized users may request deletion of connected social account data by following the instructions on our Data Deletion Instructions page.
