Use Of The Service

Fiesta Marketing Hub is an internal business tool for authorized Fiesta Auto Insurance administrators and approved users. The service is used to prepare, review, schedule, and publish business marketing content for accounts owned or managed by the business.

Authorized Access

Users must have permission from the business to access connected social media accounts, marketing calendars, creative assets, and publishing workflows. Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for using the service only for legitimate business purposes.

Content Responsibility

All content scheduled or published through the service must be reviewed and approved by authorized business personnel. Users must ensure that content is accurate, lawful, compliant with insurance and tax-service requirements, and consistent with the rules of each connected platform.

Platform Rules

Use of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or other third-party platforms remains subject to each platform's terms, policies, permissions, and review requirements. Fiesta Marketing Hub does not bypass platform rules or approval requirements.

Availability And Changes

The service may change over time as business needs, platform APIs, compliance requirements, and operational workflows change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, compliance, or reliability.
